EastWest Books, established in 1996, was a successor company to the south India operations of Affiliated East West Press Private Limited, New Delhi, established in 1962 and acquired by Amazon in 2017, Westland is one of the largest English-language trade publishers in India. Westland Books also publishes books along with other imprints, including Context, East West, eka, Red Panda, Tranquebar.
